•           Betreuung meiner Klienten/ inside as well as for appointment-relevant agreements. Further data is stored to create the anamnesis, for an analysis based on the TCM diagnosis, and to document the course of treatment.
You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation means that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point in time. For a revocation, please contact me personally or on 0699/ 121 738 71.
The data you provide is also required to carry out the treatments. Treatment cannot take place without this data. Your data will not be passed on to third parties and you will not be sent any advertising from the practice. 3. General terms and conditions:
In the case of special discount offers, package offers and a block of 10, the total amount must be transferred in advance, but no later than after the first treatment, or paid in cash. Individual hours from this cannot be paid out. The block of 10 or packages are not transferable to third parties. Hours that have already been paid for do not expire due to an interruption in treatment; they can be redeemed at any time.
Declaration of consent to the calculation of missed treatment appointments:
Please understand that the treatment appointments agreed with you are fixed appointments. I only keep this specific period of time free for your treatment and may therefore ask you to keep these appointments.
If you should not be able to keep an agreed appointment, it is absolutely necessary that you inform us of your impediment at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment. We can then arrange a new appointment.
If no cancellation is made in due time or if you are prevented from canceling or attending the appointment in time through no fault of your own, the amount of the canceled treatment hour, which corresponds to the average cost factor for a practice hour in the practice, will be charged as a flat-rate compensation.
